Waiting Time Policy

Each route includes a free waiting window at pickup, shown on your quote and confirmation before you book — some routes include unlimited free waiting, others a fixed number of minutes. If your driver waits beyond the included time, an additional hourly waiting charge (also shown at booking) may apply and will be added to your total. We recommend sharing your flight number for airport pickups so your driver can track delays.
